給地球上的人﹕ 我自己都唔係咁明白自己，五時花六時變，身邊有太多東西令自己去改變去迎合呢個社會以及其他人，我自己都唔知道幾時會去到一刻就快爆嘅地步，希望到我離開一刻時已經尋回以前嘅自己，仍然覺得呢個世界係美好，但我深信地球上嘅你會助我重拾以前的我-----滑嘟嘟！

又要說聲再見 .........實在太令人難以置信，一向視奶荼如水的我，居然能夠由2006年起，差不多進入奶茶不沾達2個星期之久，完全不受魔鬼嘅引誘，太感動喇！結果個人行路好似快咗，輕咗，排毒順利咗，恭喜恭喜！
